In more than 3,500 m² visitors will find a range of activities designed to culture, education and leisure, divided into four exhibition rooms: the Bread Cycle room, the room of the Political Bread, the Hall of bread Art and the Pedagogical Centre.

The museum restaurant is a place to recover the traditional flavors of our cuisine. Through an investigation always renewed the tradition of the national table resurfaces daily.
